We want you to receive your products as soon as possible and our advertised product is current stock! Only very very rarely will an item be advertised on the webiste but be temporarily out of stock. Very few people wait long for their orders to arrive however, we do reserve the right for 28 to deliver as per our terms and conditions!

We will deliver the goods ordered to the address you supply at the time you make your order. When your order is accepted, if the item is in stock we aim to dispatch it the next working day. The following shipping prices are for orders up to £50 and are adjusted depending on the size of your order. As you order, the shipping price will be conveniently calculated for you!  If you have ordered anything from Bluebella, it will be shipped directly by tracked Royal Mail Shipping from Bluebella UK.

Returns

Garments may be returned for exchange or refund within 10 days of receipt providing:

• They are in perfect condition.
• They are in their original packaging.
• They are not tainted by tobacco smoke.
• They are not identified on the website as non returnable.

Items returned that do not comply with these conditions will be sent back to the customer and no exchange or refund will be made

Please Note: We do not pay carriage costs for returns. Carriage costs for Exchanges are at your expense. Recorded delivery of your returns (or similar applicable in your country) is recommended for your protection.
